1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging ElectricPro Electrical Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for electrical services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional electrical services including but not limited to:
- Residential electrical installation and repair
- Commercial electrical services
- Emergency electrical services
- Electrical inspections and consultations
3. Service Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Final costs may vary if additional work is required
- Emergency service rates apply outside normal business hours
- Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made
4. Warranties and Guarantees
We warrant our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or neglect
- Work performed by others
- Manufacturer defects in materials
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe and clear access to work areas
- Disclose known electrical issues or hazards
- Ensure payment for services rendered
- Comply with recommended safety measures
6. Liability Limitations
While we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Standard appointments: 24-hour notice required
- Emergency services: No cancellation fee
- Large projects: Cancellation terms specified in contract
8. Code Compliance
All work is performed in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes. We will inform you if existing conditions do not meet current codes and recommend necessary upgrades.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Current terms will always be available on our website.
